Tony has been driving business growth and commercial performance at some of Europe’s largest service sector companies for more than 20 years. Combining an understanding of strategy, marketing and commercial management, his experience includes launching electricity at British Gas, leading brand strategy at O2 and establishing O2’s Digital directorate.
Tony brings a strong commercial perspective, combining customer insights with identification of revenue models and operational requirements to produce actionable business plans.
As well as developing innovative business opportunities for clients, Tony also advises on building and optimising their own innovation capabilities. As Head of Innovation at O2 he worked with partners in media, transport, retail and leisure, and went on to advise a number of startups in the Wayra accelerator.
