Michael also helps clients implement their Growth and Innovation ambitions within the constraints of their “core business” organisations. For example, he recently worked with the senior management of a telecoms company redefining and reorganising roles in support of their strategy to become a market leading managed services company within their niches.
Within the construction industry, he helped a major player implement more innovative and repeatable designs and ensure better transfer of internal learning from ground-breaking projects.
Before this, he spent two years as an e-commerce intrapreneur within Barclays, building an e-commerce business, and later taking this experience to Virgin Money where as Head of Strategy he drove the design of innovative consumer value propositions.
